We are pleased to announce that Patrick Peters, CEO of ClientReferrals, has been named IMI Person of the Year 2026, recognising his leadership and our work in supporting community development through the Citizenship by Investment Programs in Antigua & Barbuda and St. Kitts & Nevis.

Patrick received the award on November 3, 2026, during the tenth edition of IMI Connect, held at Palacio Paz in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The IMI Person of the Year Award recognises individuals who have made significant contributions to the investment migration industry through their achievements, leadership, and initiatives.

For ClientReferrals, this recognition reflects the progress made through our Public Benefit Option initiatives in St. Kitts & Nevis, particularly the delivery of affordable housing for local families and our ongoing involvement in the redevelopment of Basseterre High School.

Turning Investment Contributions Into Community Development

In June 2025, ClientReferrals was designated an Approved Public Benefactor under the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship Programme, establishing the CR-NHC Public Benefit Option in partnership with the National Housing Corporation (NHC).

Through this initiative, we work with our international network of professional partners to facilitate contributions from citizenship applicants, supporting the construction of affordable homes for low- and middle-income families in St. Kitts & Nevis.

The NHC oversees the construction of these homes, ensuring that the projects are delivered in line with national housing priorities.

Our partnership has already delivered tangible results.

On September 10, 2026, the first 19 families received the keys to their new homes at the Stapleton Housing Development in St. Peter's. The development included 16 two-bedroom homes and three one-bedroom homes.

A second handover followed on October 2, 2026, when another 10 families received homes at the Harry Phipps Housing Development in Half Way Tree.

Together, these two phases have provided homes for 29 families, with more than 100 homes planned under the initiative.

For ClientReferrals, these developments demonstrate how contributions made through the Citizenship Programme can be directed towards projects that address national priorities and provide meaningful benefits to local communities.

The successful delivery of these housing projects has been a central part of the recognition received by Patrick and ClientReferrals.

Expanding the Public Benefit Model Into Education

Our commitment to supporting national development in St. Kitts & Nevis also extends to education.

In May 2026, ClientReferrals was designated an Approved Public Benefactor for the redevelopment of Basseterre High School under the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship Programme.

The project is designed to provide modern educational infrastructure, including classrooms, science and information technology laboratories, workshops, and facilities for sports and the arts.

Through this initiative, we are supporting the development of educational facilities that will serve students, teachers, and future generations in St. Kitts & Nevis.

The Basseterre High School project builds on our work in affordable housing and demonstrates how the Public Benefit Option can support different areas of national development.

As these projects progress, our focus remains on facilitating contributions towards initiatives that deliver practical and lasting benefits to local communities.

Our Continued Contribution to Development in Antigua & Barbuda

For more than 12 years, ClientReferrals has been actively involved in Antigua & Barbuda, supporting the country's Citizenship by Investment Programme and its contribution to national development.

Over the years, we have helped raise hundreds of millions of dollars through the programme, supporting the National Development Fund (NDF), the University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund, and development initiatives across hospitality, housing, and other sectors.

Our involvement has also extended to the creative industries, including the international film production Dr. Mason Miller, for which ClientReferrals served as Executive Producer. Filmed entirely in Antigua & Barbuda, the production created local employment and training opportunities while promoting the country as a destination for international filmmaking.

These initiatives reflect our continued commitment to supporting Antigua & Barbuda's development priorities and working with our partners to create meaningful opportunities for the country and its people.

Built on Long-Term B2B Partnerships

At ClientReferrals, our relationships with professional partners have always been at the centre of our business.

We work exclusively through a B2B model, supporting immigration consultants, law firms, and investment migration advisors across international markets. Our focus is on providing reliable services, maintaining transparent communication, and building partnerships based on mutual trust.

Our network of partners also plays an important role in supporting the Public Benefit Option initiatives in St. Kitts & Nevis. Through these relationships, we are able to connect citizenship applicants with approved projects that contribute to the country's development priorities.

For us, these partnerships go beyond facilitating applications. They are an important part of how we continue to grow our business while supporting initiatives that create meaningful benefits for local communities.

A Milestone for ClientReferrals

Patrick's recognition as IMI Person of the Year 2026 is an important milestone for our company and reflects the work undertaken by our team and partners.

This recognition follows another significant achievement earlier this year, when ClientReferrals received the Global Excellence Award at the Caribbean Investment Summit 2026 (CIS26). Both awards come during a year of progress for our Public Benefit Option initiatives in St. Kitts & Nevis, including the completion of housing developments, with additional projects underway.

We would like to thank IMI for this recognition, our international partners for their continued trust, and the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, the National Housing Corporation, and the institutions involved in bringing these initiatives forward.

As we continue our work on the housing developments and Basseterre High School, our priorities remain unchanged: supporting our professional partners, maintaining strong relationships, and facilitating projects that deliver meaningful benefits to local communities.
