The CR-NHC Public Benefit Option has reached another milestone, delivering 10 more families the keys to their newly built homes.

The handover took place on October 2, 2026 at the Harry Phipps Housing Development in Half Way Tree and was presided over by Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Geoffrey Hanley and Parliamentary Representative Samal Duggins..

This marks Phase Two of the wider housing initiative supported by ClientReferrals through the Public Benefit Option, bringing the total number of homes delivered under the initiative to 29.

Turning Investment Into Visible Community Impact

For the families receiving their keys, the significance goes far beyond the completion of a building.

Speaking at the ceremony, Parliamentary Representative Samal Duggins highlighted the role that housing plays in providing dignity, security, stability and new possibilities for families. The beneficiaries included first-time homeowners, young families and parents looking to create greater long-term security for their children.

The latest handover is another example of how development linked to the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme can translate into tangible outcomes on the ground.

As the Public Benefactor supporting the NHC Public Benefit Option, ClientReferrals is proud to support a project that is contributing directly to housing development and creating lasting value for local communities.

With Phase Two now delivered, the project continues to move forward toward its broader housing objective of delivering 100 homes to low to medium income families.

From Housing Delivery to the Next Public Benefit Project

The latest NHC handover shows what the Public Benefit Option can achieve when investment is translated into visible, measurable results for communities in St. Kitts and Nevis.

ClientReferrals is now continuing that focus through the Basseterre High School Public Benefit Option, supporting the development of a major national education project under the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme.
