ClientReferrals is honoured to have received the Global Excellence Award at the Caribbean Investment Summit 2026 (CIS26). The award recognizes an individual or organization whose influence extends beyond a single jurisdiction and has contributed meaningfully to shaping the global investment migration landscape. The criteria included leadership, innovation, ethical standards, sector advocacy, and measurable contributions to industry development.
A Recognition That Belongs to Our Partners
For ClientReferrals, this recognition reflects three decades of commitment to building and managing impact-driven citizenship by investment projects across the Caribbean. Since 1997, the company has worked exclusively with immigration professionals and RCBI firms, never marketing or soliciting clients directly. That commitment has defined the ClientReferrals approach from the beginning.
When accepting the award, Patrick Peters, CEO of ClientReferrals was clear about what this recognition truly represents.
“This is recognition of our team’s and our partners’ hard work. Around the world and around the clock, the investment migration professionals who work day and night to serve our HNW clientele have put their trust in us to continue delivering impact-driven projects for their clients.”
ClientReferrals’ network of partners across Canada, the United States, and around the world has collectively helped raise billions of dollars in citizenship by investment contributions across the Caribbean. This award belongs to every one of them.

A Track Record Built on Impact
The Global Excellence Award reflects a body of work that goes well beyond business performance. At CIS26, the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Programme also took home four awards, including Programme of the Year, Caribbean Impact Award, Time to Citizenship Efficiency Award, and the Sustainable Development Impact Award. The latter is a direct reflection of the commitment to impact-driven investment that ClientReferrals and the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis have built together.
That partnership has already delivered tangible results. ClientReferrals’ first Public Benefit Option with the National Housing Corporation has funded the development and construction of over 100 affordable homes across the country, with the first families expected to move into their new homes within the next two months. It has created jobs, built neighborhoods, and given access to home ownership to working families who may not have been able to acquire a home otherwise.
The tangible impact of the CR-NHC PBO has demonstrated how the Citizenship by Investment framework can directly improve lives and strengthen communities. We are proud of what we have accomplished to date, and we remain committed to continuing to deliver on that promise.
Looking Ahead
This recognition is a milestone, but for ClientReferrals it is also a reflection of the direction the company intends to continue. The commitment to developing projects that deliver real and measurable benefit to the countries and communities in which they invest remains at the core of everything ClientReferrals does.
As part of that continued commitment, ClientReferrals has recently been designated as the Public Benefactor for the Basseterre High School in St. Kitts and Nevis, a truly generational project that will see the iconic national school rebuilt as a modern educational campus for future generations of Kittitians and Nevisians.
