Immigrant Investor Program

The EB-5 Program was created in 1990 to stimulate the US economy through job creation and foreign direct investment. Applicants have the choice of investing individually, into a business they directly control, or they invest into a pre-approved investment vehicle – known as a Regional Center – whereby a group of investors’ funds are pooled together.
Immigrating to the United States offers a number of advantages to the applicant and their family:
- World-renowned universities and colleges;
- Applicants are eligible for US citizenship five years after becoming a permanent resident;
- Access to the largest economy in the world;
- Quality of life; and much more.
Program requirements
The applicant must:
- Invest at least US$800,000;
- Demonstrate that their investment created or preserved at least 10 jobs for two years; and
- Document the legitimate source and path of funds that were invested.
